White spot left on ﬂoor.

Light is blinking.

Unit does not emit steam.

Water left on ﬂoor.

Unit not operating.

• When cleaning do not leave unit in one spot for too long.

• Use oor protector/resting mat when unit is plugged in and stationary.

• Use distilled water instead of hard tap water.

• Ensure water tank is lled with water.

• Ensure water tank is attached properly.

• If water tank is full and attached properly, contact customer service.

NOTE: To remove spot, use a damp cloth with a few drops of white vinegar

to rub and remove stain.

• Ensure water tank is lled with water.

• Ensure a steam level has been selected.

• Change the Ultra-Microber pad.

• Ensure plug is set rmly in outlet.

• Replace fuse or reset breaker.
